Bärgunthut (Gourmet hut)

The Bärgunt hut, which is also the oldest and largest alp in the Kleinwalsertal, lies in the beautiful Bärgunttal on the way to the Großer Widderstein and is a sunny place to relax. The operators place great value on home-made homemade fare and bake the delicious apple and cheese cake itself. The pea soup is vegan cooked and the rice pudding from milk of their own cows (without sugar) for diabetics. Depending on the season and possibility: yogurt, quark The remaining products are sourced from: Family Rüf from Hirschegg for wild products (game from Bärgunt) Family Beck from Riezlern for Wienerle, Landjäger, salami etc. Families are welcome. On the Alpe there is a natural playground. As part of the holiday program for children, “Trip to the Alp”, children can visit the hut and sniff Alpluft. The path to the Bärgunt hut is in very good condition, so the Alpe is even wheelchair accessible.
