Raggal municipal building

The new municipal building in Raggal maintains the existing structure of the village surroundings, complementing the nearby church, schoolhouse and inn looking out onto the valley. Thanks to its low height and its roof pitched in two different directions, it does not interrupt the key views enjoyed from the village square above. This building complies with the passive house standard was erected by the architect Johannes Kaufmann using timber from the Grosses Walsertal Biosphere Park.
