  • Very peaceful hike that includes the elements of water, forests and meadows. Easy and family-friendly hike. Only the passage across the Hengstig is a bit more technically demanding.

    The track leads from the parking lot up to the Bilgeris Krähenberg Alpe (camping and snack station with Alpjause, cheese, milk, butter and drinks) past the Ifer-Krähenbergalpe. Shortly before Schönenbach you walk past the Sackalpe and down the Hengstig to the Auenalpen. The Untere Auenalpe provides service with Jause (snack) and drinks. Cross the Subersach near the impressive waterfall at the Alpe Leugehr. You get back to the path from the beginning of the tour via the Nußbaumer Krähenalpe, past Bilgris Krähenalpe and eventually get back to the starting point.

    The tour leads between the Rubach and the Suberach through a forest area. The waterfall at the Leugehralpe is rather impressive.

    If you still have time, you should visit the Geolehrpfad in the parcel of Rindberg. Eight stations visualize the strength of nature in a tangible manner (1 hour walking time - http://www.bewegtenatur.at).

    Achtung Weidevieh: Im Allgemeinen sind Kühe harmlos, dennoch sollte den Tieren mit Respekt begegnet werden. Mutterkühe verteidigen ihre Kälber. Verhalten Sie sich ruhig, halten Sie Distanz, achten Sie auf das Verhalten der Mutterkuh. Halten Sie Hunde immer an der Leine und gehen Sie möglichst weit von der Herde entfernt. Im Notfall Leine loslassen.

    Zum teil etwas steilerer Wanderweg, bei Nässe Rutschgefahr.

  • Wegbeschreibung

    From the parking lot the trail begins on an easy and broad gravel path up to the Bilgeris Krähenbergalpe before you follow the path that passes the Ifer-Krähenbergalpe (no service) until you almost are almost at Schönenbach, but pass the Hengstig instead. Short climb up to 1100 m of altitude. The track down to the Auenalpen is a bit rocky and leads through a forest area. From here a manageable and broad trail path goes past the Alpe Leugehr to the waterfall of the Suberach. After you have crossed the bridge the track leads you through a dense forest to Nußbaumers Krähenbergalpe. After the chapel you get back to the starting point of this tour.

    Auf der L5 von Hittisau oder Balderschwang bis zur Kreuzung (Dornbünt). Weiter auf der L24 bis nach Sibratsgfäll und auf der Tobel Straße zum Parkplatz.

    Parkplatz beim Krähenberglift nach der Rubach, vor der Alpe Stadelmanns Krähenberg. Platz für etwa 30 Fahrzeuge.
