  • Schoppernau - Egg - Hittisau - Riefensberg - Sulzberg - Doren - Krumbach - Egg - Bizau - Schoppernau

    Take the cycle path to Egg. In Egg, stick to the right towards Großdorf, Lingenau and Hittisau. In Hittisau, take the L 205 and then turn off to the right towards Riefensberg, past the turn-off towards the centre. After about 1 km downhill, turn off to the right at the crossroads and continue towards Springen/Aach as far as the turn-off at the golf course. There, turn off to the left. Now comes an approx. 6-km long climb to Sulzberg, with the first 100 m being somewhat on the steep side. Enjoy the lovely panorama from Sulzberg, where lovely cafés and restaurants invite you to tarry a while. The downhill run to Doren starts just after the church, turn off to the left. Turn off to the left in Doren and, on the L 6, you cycle uphill and downhill via Krumbach, Langenegg and Lingenau to Egg. In Egg, take the cycle path as far as Bezau. There, turn off towards Bizau and, via the Schnepfegg hill, return to the starting point. If you prefer to take the more leisurely version, don’t take the detour via the Schnepfegg and instead take the cycle path to Au-Schoppernau.
